Our company RMtrust started on December 2008 in Central Tokyo in the field of rental guarantee. Currently, we provide 4 services for rental guarantee business companies and tenants such as “D-Associate” “D-Associate Plus” “T-MANAGE” and “Fit’s”.

Also since 2012, we do captive overseas reinsurance related projects and consulting. One of our methods is company risk control. We also collect and analyze the latest information on the reinsurance market and financial overseas regulations to give better and educated advice to our clients.

Our company’s management members are experts in banking, the making of an association, experience in the running and management of a securities company, and lastly experience in human development. We are constantly creating new projects with the help of your knowledge and accumulated experience in this market. Regarding the IT aspect of our company, we are collaborating with contents company “Excite” to create a plan for contents for companies such as docomo, au and Softbank.

Our company is constantly changing shape and requires risk control and the flexibility to adjust the current generation. Our main aim for this company is to analyze and answer our client’s needs to give them appropriate business advice so we can support them and hopefully become their helpful brain partners.

■Captive (Overseas reinsurance project・Foundation support・Management execution)

 Even though there are many ways to use captive, the consulting our company does helps our client companies allow the original company to be its own company stockholder to reduce estimated risk when carrying out company tasks, it will become a insurance product with the help of “Captive Subsidiary” founded at overseas finance special wards and the consulting will also acknowledge the type of control system preferred by the client company.
Captive is where we take your own company insurance and by using a large fronting business within the country to move your company risk to reinsurance company that exists overseas. From this we can control the cost of outflowing funds from the company and it will be possible to create new business within the company for more profit.

Our company RMtrust does captive related project planning, founding captive subsidiary companies, collaborating with in country insurance companies and actuaries, also while accounting legal matters we examine taxation risks as well.


■ Call Center (Call center project)

Through the accumulated knowledge from rental guarantee related projects, we have created a safe and accurate accident receiving call center and a call center service to help tenants with rent deposit.

  • Examination Department: A call center where clients can sort our their credit limit. It is a call center where clients can call and operators will respond to the various ways of paying based on information the client has sent us. We use financial statements reports to sort out credit limit for corporations as well.
  • Management Department: Does various deposit support services. Business results from 2014 September: Initial uncollected cases collected percentage 99.8%
  • Available 3 people discussion for Foreign language speakers: Not just Japanese but also English, Korean, and Chinese. Simultaneous interpreter is available.

At our company, we aim for a comfortable living experience for tenants so we provide a real estate management service.

In this department through the request of the management companies we look for tenants for rental housing. Also, through the owner’s request we also do property management as well. Our current management is all establishes with arrear guarantee contracts.

■Guarantee: Rental guarantee industry (Unneeded cosigner service)

There are three types of service we provide in our company.

  • D-Associate: It is a D-Room special product, which is managed by Daiwa Living Company. We provide 60% monthly payment with joint liability on guarantee execution system.
  • T-MANAGE: Property specialized product managed by Toukyu Livable. We provide 50% monthly product payment with joint liability on guarantee execution system.
  • Fit’s: A rental guarantee product aimed toward general management companies. We provide 50~100% monthly product payment with joint liability on guarantee execution system.
  • The commission from the first contract changes from the warranty information.
  • Until the withdrawal of the product, the special renewal fee costs 1 Man yen every year.

■DESIGN: Design of many different kinds of documents and articles・Printing・interior decorating

At our company we design our own homepages and all printed documents. We have designers and article manufacturing writers who work on many project documents, creation and printing as well. This department also created the company logo and is in charge of the design of the business card, and pamphlets, which introduce our many services and products. Also answers questions on novelty goods as well as renovation construction as well.

■IT: Internet・Media projects

In this department, we are doing a business tie-up with the contents company “Excite” and provide contents planning for docomo, au, and Softbank. Also this department does official HP for our client companies. Some of the other things that this department does is creating and starting a website, server management, and domain acquisition.
